I would like to start off by saying that of all the mortgages I have had done for myself in the past for a new home, this was by far the smoothest and most collaborative experience yet. During this mortgage approval, we were faced with one major obstacle. We were having difficulty finding an appraiser up here in Pinetop, AZ that would be able to appraise our new home in time for closing. After several attempts in locking down an appraiser who would commit and deliver on time, Brian was able to find the much-needed appraiser. This was all completed one week before closing. Brian was cool and calm about the ordeal making both my wife and I not nervous about closing on time.
As a result of this experience with Brian Ream, my wife, being a realtor, has begun to refer Brian and Stewardship to all her new clients who are trying to qualify for a new/used home. As for myself, I too am looking at refinancing my primary home with Brian in the days ahead.
