Like many before me, it felt like the weight of the world on my shoulders as I started navigating the world of Medicare. I had absolutely no idea where to begin and the clock was ticking on my mid-year deadline to enroll in some sort of Medicare coverage. I found Ryan’s name by doing a Google search for agents with Medicare knowledge. The first time I called Ryan I was in tears and in fear my enrollment deadline was going to come and go. I was not going to have insurance coverage and was facing stiff penalties in the future. After giving Ryan some more detailed information, he narrowed down coverages for me to consider. I met Ryan again the following week (he had emailed my top coverage contenders the day after our initial meeting).
On my second appointment, Ryan answered any further questions I had and made me feel like I was pointed in the right direction. I called Ryan with my final decision, and he put all of the pieces of the puzzle in place for me.
