My wife and I had started to look into purchasing our first home. However, we didn’t know if we were financially ready and felt like we needed to gather more information on the home buying process. We knew there could be a lot of hidden/unexpected costs, but didn’t know exactly what all those costs would be. We also didn’t know what percentage down payment we should be planning to have and to what degree that would affect our monthly payments on the home.
We went to Stewardship with some very broad and general questions. Jarred was able to take those questions and answer them thoroughly, with much detail, and gave concrete examples. He was extremely helpful and we feel that we have a much better grasp on what it takes to buy a home and what to expect in the home buying process.
