When selling a home, the standard real estate commission is 6% divided equally between the sellers agent and the buyers agent. We believe this standard commission is too much.

We charge 1.98% as a seller’s agent and allow you to choose the buyer’s agent commission.

What It Costs

When you buy a home and use us as your REALTOR®, you will not pay us anything. We get paid by the seller of the home you purchase. When you sell a home with us we charge 1.98% of the sales price which is 1.02% lower than what most Agents charge.
